Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unused yarn skeins or kits in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
